Cancellation Policy
A 20% cancellation fee will be charged if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. This includes No-Shows and last-minute rescheduling.
Clients have a 10 minute grace period for appointments. After 10 minutes the appointment will be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will be followed.
In addition, no more than two guests are permitted. In the case that a guest causes a disturbance, The service provider has the right to suspend the service and charge 100% of the original appointment fee.
